Paul Reeves Managing Director

Paul learnt his trade working for a large chain of butchers shops but with his drive and ambition, always knew that he wanted to run his own business. He started the company in 1988, originally as a retail butchers shop, but felt that there was a gap in the industry for a business that could compete with large companies in offering the service that they could provide but without losing the personal touch that is often missing. Paul has 30 years experience in the meat industry and always happy to talk to customers, old and new.

Sharon Reeves Office Manager

Sharon is married to Paul and has run the bookwork side of the business for many years from home while bringing up their children. She is now office based and looks after the company payroll and HR.

Daniel Faherty Quality Assurance Manger/ Operations Supervisor

Daniel joined the company in 2007 as a trainee butcher and has completed his apprenticeship. With his hard work and his determination to improve and succeed he was awarded the job of factory supervisor in 2010 and now the role of Health & Safety Manager. Reeves see the potential in all our staff and like to reward any member of staff that goes the extra mile.

Attila Fekete Transport Manager

Attila joined us in 2011 as a delivery driver and after proving himself to be a great asset to our company, he has gone on to become our Delivery Operations Manager. He organises our delivery routes and ensures our customers receive their deliveries in accordance with their instructions. He also oversees the maintenance or our refrigerated company vehicles. He is the person to contact should you wish to discuss any matter connected with our delivery service.

Josephine Couser Quality Assurance Manager/ Health & Safety Officer

Jo joined the company in 2011 as a receptionist and accounts payable assistant. Like many of our staff who are keen to progress, she began to take on extra duties and now manages the whole accounts payable process. She is now only occasionally found on reception as she is now managing our QA work and Health and Safety processes along with Daniel. She is the person to contact with any technical or quality queries.
